Position Summary - Senior Software Engineer/Architect
We are looking for a full stack senior developer or architect preferably working in the finance domain. The
Senior Software Developer/Architect will be a key member of the team or lead the team in developing financial
applications used by Front/Middle/Back offices of our clients. The Senior Software Developer needs to be
comfortable handling all aspects of development from requirements gathering, through testing and deployment.
This person should have an ability to take abstract requirements and turn them into valuable software/solutions.
We are currently hiring remotely and expect that potential candidates need to work from home until year end.
This can be revisited as and when COVID restrictions are eased.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required:
Hands on experience with the following tech stack:
Languages: C#, Javascript, HTML
Framework/Technologies: .NET, REST API, VueJS.
Database: SQL Server 2016 and above. Sound knowledge of RDBMS.
Sound knowledge of MS-Excel and ability to convert excel models into generic and scalable solutions.
Proven ability to manage projects, developing creative technology solutions to business problems.
Experience with designing end to end solutions architecture.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and both technical and non-technical members of the
internal team.
Intrinsically motivated, highly driven and committed to delivering a high quality product.
Experience with Microsoft Azure is a big plus.

Position Summary - HR/Executive Assistant
Supports the human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
Work with our HR/Accounting/CS consultant to manage companies day to day admin tasks like payroll management distribution etc.
Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company
policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and
obtaining signatures for documents.
Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination,
change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and
personal time.
Administers employee benefit programs
Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Sets up and schedules complicated meetings for interviewees, hiring managers, employees, and department heads.
Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
Producing reports and presentations
